I also bought a plot in 2013 and also don't see any progress until today. One mistake I did was didn't checked past delivered projects by them. Until today there is no appreciation is plot value so I would suggest go with some other builder who have delivered in the past.
Hi Anirudh, Did they handover the plot to you? Bommasandra is developing fast and it is well connecting to the rest of the parts of the City, then how come there is no appreciation in plot value... Quite strange :(
I came across another big problem now. I also bought a plot in 2013 but eKatha was not done. Now when I am trying to get the eKatha done, they are saying there is a law suit going on due to some internal family dispute and panchayat is not issuing any katha. So anyone planning to buy, be careful with these people.

We bought a plot in ICON Malgudi in 2012, there is no development from then. ICON management dont even bother to answer or reply to queries made by customer.
Manmohan Director of ICON promised to complete the development by 2014, we had a discussion on may 2014. But nothing has changed from 2012.
Looks like there are some financial issues with Srinivas reddy owner of Hosala and ICON.
I suggest no one to buy plot from ICON or its other projects. ICON doesnt have any credibility or past success.

Well Eklavya, It is a BMRDA approved project and they were quoting Rs. 1750/sq-ft Phase 1 & 2. Even the current residential property price trend in the locality is Rs. 3700/sq-ft. Price depend upon the area and the basic amenities promise in the project. It vary from project to project in the same locality.
I saw one house being constructed last month in phase 1.compound walls have bin built for the layout and I could see a decent progress. hope there will b a gud development and the layout wud start getting population n next few years.please do share ur views if anyone has bought a plot in this layout.we r also planning to construct our house asap.gud luck
Hi we ve finalised and bought a plot in phase 1 of this property .we ve registered on July.I kept visiting the layout few times till last months and there seems to pretty good development .they have started laying roads

I had also visited the site two months before.It is approved by bmrda and can get loan from Lic. But not from SBI. Regading price, It seems overpriced only. Try for 1400 –1500. If the site is in phase 1 means, u can try for 1500-1600
ICON Malgudi is located just next to Electronic city, behind Narayana Hrudayalaya, off hosur main road, National Highway 7. the project is spread over 30 acres of land and it is approved by BMRDA
