Latest Answer: Please very very careful with this builder. He would say luxury apartment but the amenities are not upto the standard. He also cheated people in car parking. he sold extra car parking with premium rates by squeezing all car parking. People can not even park maruti comfortably.So please take everyting written in the agreement.

Latest Answer: If you are planning for invest then ok but if you want to use the flat for your own use then I do not think it is a good idea. Hennur is not well developed yet and there is a great need of infrastructural developments.

Q: My tenant has defaulted the maintenance charges for many months and now he has vacated the apartment without paying the maintenance charges for the defaulted months. Kindly suggest me what to do ?
Latest Answer: Even though the previous lessee had defaulted on payment of maintenance charges, so being the owner of the apartment you are liable to make payment of the outstanding dues and penalty. However, you may file a suit for breach of contract and for recovery of amounts paid by you against the lessee in the court of competent jurisdiction.
