affordable housing is a distant dream for Gurgaon.no good builder is selling less than 4000 per sq ft plus other charges & hidden agenda and delays.Quality of construction is big question mark.

Hi Mr Mittal and Mr. Singh, i heard that possession of ILD- spire greens will be only in 2016. Still there is long time. Then why are u telling that there is long delay.. And are there any previous projects of the same developer which are having any issues?
Hi Mr. Ranjeet, The project started in 2010, so its a long delay. Yes there is a project by spire in sec-68 where the construction was started by builder without approvals and now the project is at stand still for last 2 years

This is the project which is bueing build by Apex builders and the project is being supported by Huda. The construction work has just started and loan is available only on Rs. 12 lakh and the price varies in range of 30-32 lakh for 2bhk 800sqft apartment. Let me know your requirement. Pardeep Singh
Dear Rajan, Definitely there is a risk as the builder has delayed the construction and even one of their projects there is stay from department due to approvals not taken. Builder reputation is not upto the mark to invest or buy ILD - Spire greens. Let me know your requirement and budget to help me support you in taking the right decision.
