Hi,

I am interested to buy apartment in Whitefield bangalore.I am currently working in Domlur and

my wife working at Marathahalli.

interested with SRR Homes Urban Greens project.This looks very good.

But I didnt see any reviews about this project.Can somebody give some reviews about this builder ?

Me and my friend both have booked two flats in Mulberry Mist, i got a good price discount and they told us they will provide quality products as well they can modify some major changes with any extra charges. i think its good sign from a customer point view because now a days if you will go for any other builders i dont think so they will made it free definitely they will charge you.As for as my knowledge concern it is a good builders.....

In Mulberry Mist the price is going high day by day , better book it now only. Last week i purchased for 3299/-sqft as Independence day offer. Very less flats are available now. It will be difficult to choose a flat from less availability, but there almost all flats are Vaastu compaint, I checked with my Vaastu Expert. So no need to worry...

Hi Suraj...Mulberry Mist project is really good.As well its a gated community around 300 flats and they are providing 70% open area with all luxurious amenities. I have visited the project and couple of weeks back i booked a 3 BHK flat...You can expect extremely good appreciation when the projects gets completed.

Hi..Suraj as bhavana said this project is really good,mulberry mist is actually no deviation project and BBMP approved, they are providing OC and CC as well, recently i booked a flat in mulberry mist i was searching for a flat from almost last 6 months finally i got this project with good amenities ,with 70% open space and they are coming up with 295 flats so i will suggest u this project, really good option u can go forward.

I booked flat in mulberry mist in first week of jan 2013. Project is suppose to start in march but still there is no progress. They promised it start on april, then they said june, then August and last september 1st week. This project is delaying more then expected and This way completion also get delayed. This is very unprofessional attitude of CMRS group and builders. Failing to fulfill our hopes or expectations. What IS the Plan for the Mulberry Mist. .. Yogendra

hi last week i had visited that apartment they were doing basement slab and they said that they will deliver C block by march 2016 and A, B block in Sept 2016.. but the project is very good...

hi yogendra nice to see ur feedback,i have also purchased a flat in Mulberry mist last 3moths back and now they have started the construction work already i know that some delayed happened because of BBMP has not given the approval in proper time and some few days back i had discussion with Mr Prasad who is heading this project right now they are come up some new concept in Mulberry mist that is called Green Home,Smart Home they are now IGBC member i think its positive sign to all the mulberry customer as well as for the project..

I have seen many apartments in the nearby locality, But this project seems value for money for me, location and other facility wise. I have also check their 2 ongoing apartments of builder at AECS Layout, seems ok. But need details about the builder

Ask them how much percentage is the deviation from the bbmp approved plan. I heard this builder never gets oc . He builds penthouses without plan approval. Heard this from a colleague who cancelled booking in this builders another project near Orr.
