However the company is unwilling to share property document copies. e.g. land porcha, copy of mother deed etc. which raises concern. All they would be providing is an allotment letter and a letter comprising of the daag no. for the land after upfront payment of 20% of the land cost. I haven't heard about Lords group in real estate earlier, neither they have experience in delivering projects of similar scale but very few smaller apartment complexes.
