Avalon Royal park is better option in term of appreciation or re-sale or NOT?

Q: Hello everyone, i want to invest my money in bhiwadi area but i am still confuesed with the location & builder. Avalon Royal park is looking much better option but i want to know more details about this project. along with this, if you know any pros or cons regarding this project/builder or area, please sharee.
I shall be very thnakful for this.
