Q: I am interested in CRJ Residency near Hope farm signal. Is there anybody who has already book the flat in this project? What is the prevailing rate/sq ft for 2bhk in this location. Is there any cons in this property?

I understand that there are some plans for widening the hope farm - channasandra road. In that case, the building would be only few feets from th compound wall.. Also since it is on the main road, if any further development activities takes place in future in hope farm signal , will that result to any aquisition since the building is on road side itself ???

I 'm also interested in buying a 2 bhk in CRJ residency, Hope farm signal.... Any one who has already booked here ?? if so, wat is th sq ft rate ?? What about th builder ?? Anyone has visited previous projects by the same builder ??
