Documents need to be provided by builder at each phase after booking an Apartment
Q: Can any one pls let me know the documents i need to obtain from the builder 1) At the time of booking 2) On occupying the apartment 3) At the time of registration.

Latest Answer: Builder claims tht the project is BBMP approved and is eligible for A Khata. Any one in the forum who has already booked apartments here ?? 2bhk of 1140 sq ft would cost nearly 52 lakhs excluding Registration charges. It's in th prime location (100 mtrs from hope farm signal), but is it worth spending this much since the builder is not well known. What would be ideal square feet rate in this area ?? Please help.
