Q: been to see 3bhk. 403 of block b has a nice terrace. saw even 401 of block c. but kind of liked b block. I am considering to book book it. Its a nice locality. thanks to some trees nearby, cool breeze is said to be there always. 70L seems just. they say its going to be ready for possession by early 2014. Considering what they promise to give, the wait is worth it I feel!
