Santosh Nagar is a good investment destination in the medium to long term. It is one of the rare areas in South Kolkata that offers very good deals as far as residential apartments are concerned. One of my friends has invested in a project by Bengal Park Chambers which if offering possession as early as December 2013. Other significant developers with good projects in and around Santosh Nagar include Belani Group, Siddha Group and Orbit. I expect the region to offer as much as 15 to 20% returns in a decade or so. The price trends of Santosh Nagar have always been realistic but I don’t see prices dropping due to its South Kolkata location.
I was plannign to do investmennt in Santosh nagar. BUt someone told it is not good for long period investment. Is it true ? Please tell me what to do ?
Santosh nagar is a good investment destination for residential apartments in my opinion. The basic advantage of investing or living in Santosh Nagar is that it offers a perfect location which is located right at the heart of the city with good connectivity. South Kolkata has always been a prime residential destination and the area offers one of the best neighborhood and ambience. Santosh nagar is not as expensive as some of the more influential colonies of South Kolkata like Alipore and Ballygunge but offers value for money deals. Multicon Group, Srijan, Ideal and Daffodil Group have active under construction projects in and around Santosh Nagar that you can check.
I herad it is good project. So far i din't heard anything negative about the project . POssession date is around 2015 and heard that booking is on process. If you are planning to buy please hurry up .
