Many investors have lodged complains with the economic offences wing (Eow) of crime branch of delhi police. All duped investors are advised to file their complaints with the eow asap. Great Value builder is thief.. They have started contraction in Noida-Sector-107(Sharnam) without having land his name. Possession date was in 2010 now 2014... Contraction stopped in 1 year back. Now matter is in SC.. Our money got stuck .. NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NOW..
Hi Shantanu, In my point of view, you have to wait until the court final order. Yeah it will be problematic for you, but you have to wait & watch. Once this project is out of legal dispute then you can do either continue or sell it. Before that if you want to take some legal step , then better to consult with any local lawyer

Favista Realtors showed me this project for 4500/- early 2012, grt I didn't invest in this if this still hasn't been approved or launched yet. It seems to be a gud project only if they actually launch. As with all other projects in Gurgaon or Noida it's just confusing where to invest your hard earned money.
