The expected possession date is by 2014 end. All the approvals are in place. the project has been approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, SBI and Axis

Is there any 2 BHK apartments available for sale. I am interested in 2 BHK apartments?

I had a word with the sales guy and according to him there are only 23 apartments available for sale in Dwarkamai Olive.

Now water issue is not there as they are having bore-well in the project. Cant say what is going to happen in future.
