No construction started yet: BDI NORTHSTAR, BHIWADI

Q: I booked a flat in Sept'2012 in BDI Northstar,have made 2 installments but till now no news of starting of foundation work,any news.

hi Yogesh, many thanks for the update,I also inquired more about this. I came to know that R-Tech has entered as new JV partner with BDI and Pahwa bulidtech has exited from the earlier trio JV of BDI, Dainik bhaskar and pahwa buildtech.

hi while going through the projects in sec 9 Bhiwadi I came across the project name R-TECH's capital greens which is on the same plot of BDI but in different sizes, there is no initimation from BDI to me that it has been taken over by R TECH and no info. about how they will allocate the units and offer price for exisiting investors with BDI NORTHSTAR,its really annoying.

Hi, Deepak, i had a word with the sales executive, they said there are some approvals issues for the project and also some plans will be changes, hence the construction will take time to start.
