The biggest advantage is that they are localized builders and know the market situation of Mysore very well. Secondly they have a good team of sub contractors who are active in a number of projects and hence clients are assured of quality in most of their projects. Pratham Splendour situated in V.V Mohalla, Pratham Prerana off KRS Road are very good projects attracting a lot of user interest. You can choose either of them according to your preferred area and budget.

Mysore being a niche micro market, it is always preferred to go in with domestic builders who are more aware of the likely delays compared to bigger pan Indian builders.

Pathak builders have over the years carved its niche in the city's real estate market. Pratham Splendour situated in V.V Mohalla, Pratham Prerana off KRS Road, Pratham Pinnacle in Vijaynagar, Off Ring Road and Pratham Mahaveer in Siddhartha Layout near Milk Dairy is some of their upcoming residential projects. Overall the company has a very good reputation.

Pathak builders have a very good reputation and a large number of satisfied clients. I personally know a few people who have invested in projects by Pathak builders and they are quite satisfied with their association with them.
