Stellar Jeevan has very poor construction quality. I am living at Stellar Jeevan and cursing them almost everyday for wasting my hard earned money like this. You can check about the quality of construction with any resident at Stellar Jeevan. You will be scared of drilling for hanging curtains or paintings also if staying at Stellar property. Another problem is of tiles. Tiles are defective, different shades, with stains, which they are not ready to change.
So all in all, I will never suggest any property of Stellar

They are quoting Rs 3400 per sq ft and this project has already gone through an appreciation, it was launched in 2010 with Rs 2000 per sq ft and now the price has gone up.
Hi Pavan, As per my knowledge, current price of this project is 3400/sq-ft to 3500/sq-ft. This 3500/sq-ft is for CLP & 3400/sq-ft is for Flexi plan. They have no Pre-EMI Scheme ,which is of 3500/sq-ft.
