They are making a new tower H, between tower B and C, while in 2005 tower H was not part of project .
Do they have approval for new construction??

I have also invested in this project, location is superb, it is corner plot of round about on Noida Greater Noida Link road (190 mts wide road + 100 mts green belt). This road is short cut to people who want to go Dadri (passes through Dadri container depot).

In future, proposed metro station will be at this round about (just in front of the galaxy vega).

It lies near FNG Corridor and in addition to eminent residential locations like Cherry County and BrysBigg.

For investment in Residential, a good option is available in Greater Noida (Yamuna Expressway), which gives Assured Return for 3 years with price Rs.3085 per sqft. Available sizes are 3 BHK, 4BHK, 5BHK, 6BHK..... 2BHK units have already been sold off....

Hi, they are offering good amenities like Power Backup, Gymnasium, Security, Tennis Lawn , Club, Wifi, Swimming Pool, Vastu Compliant , Kids Pay Area etc.

Hi, this is one of the good project in the Greater Noida belt with a possession date on December 2016. Good project for investment looking at the location as there are universities are industrial hub nearby. If your talking about appreciation it will be atleast 4 time after 4 years .
