This is my first ever investment in Techzone 4, Greater Noida. Can anybody provide me the insight story of this locality? How is the connectivity of this locality to Delhi/NCR? How far is the nearby railway and metro station from the Techzone-4?

The area is close to the Noida- Link Road and offers smooth connectivity to the nearby cities of New , Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. The proposed Night Safari and Formula One Racing Track would also be situated close to Techzone 4. And the reason behind it is improved transportation services, proximity to the National Capital, New and rapid commercialization have made Techzone 4 one of the most sought-after residential localities in the National Capital Region. The area is served by UPSRTC buses. The nearest railway stations are Shahibabad Railway Station-9.9 kms and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station-25.2 kms. Sizes of 2BHK are available from 995 - 1195 sq.ft while 3BHHK in 1340 sq.ft. and it's current price will be 3096/sq-ft. Price of a 2BHK will be Rs.30.79L - 36.98L onward while for 3BHK, it will be approx Rs.41.47L onward. This project is almost completed and possession by next month.
