What would be the price range for 2bhk and 3bhk ?

Just a suggestion, if you are planning to buy a house for investment here, think again. It is anti tenants and the security guards create a nuisance everyday.

Living & Dining have powder coated aluminum sliding door, marble or granite window sills are also provided. Kitchen is Well - laid platform with granite top and Ceramic tiles are used for dado. Stainless steel sink with drainboard is also used and there is a provision for water purifier. Bathroom has Glazed ceramic tiles up to 7 ft. are used. Standard quality fittings and fixtures are used. Windows are fitted with mosquito mesh & MS grills.

Well the society has a sewage problem. There is a design fault in the wash rooms which leads to foul smell in every apartment, when ever anyone uses a flush in the toilet. The people have been complaining about it but no action has been taken about it.
