How about the locality, what is the status of the location, is it a good location for investment??

Sector 37 is among the developing sectors of Gurgaon, which is in close proximity to Dwarka Expressway. The area holds huge potential as it is in vicinity of Pataudi Road, Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and IMT Manesar. I have enquired about the bank approvals, they were not clear on the first part, but later they confirmed ICICI and Axis bank have approved the project.

Primes is new launch by Ramprastha Group and they have launched the residential project in a good location. Primera is a part of Ramprastha City, a 450-acre township in Gurgaon.
The township is located on the 24 metre wide road with lay-by lanes for a
convenient entry to these residential towers.

Primera is expected to hold high potential for real estate investment in near future. Firstly because, of the Dwarka expressway, it is the most fastest growing area among the NCR region, secondly the township has all the amenities inside the boundary, hence the price will be double of now.

Hi, 3 bhks in this project with 1695 sq ft area, are offered at Rs Rs 6000 to 6,500 per sq ft.Hence i guess, this will suit your budget.
