Hi Sanchita.. the appreciation of price takes place due to two three reason. One of them is connectivity. If we judge the project in terms of that, it will give you three times more returns. But there are many factors brand, livability and social infrastructure. This sector is a city in itself, commercial estates are already present there. So i think you will have double returns after 4-5 years from now for this particular project.

Hi, Suroshree, the project is well connected with NH 8, Dwarka Expressway. Even the IGI Airport is just 15 min away from the project. You also have the proposed metro station.. which will be again 10 min from the project.hmmmm the project has good connectivity yaar !!

Yes, Bhawna the home loan is approved. Banks like HDFC, ICICI, LIC have approved the project. You can take home loan from them. Around 80 % they will approve.!

No,Anand the construction has already started, the project is expected to get over by 2016 Sep or Dec. But i will ask you to keep a grace period of 6months :)

Hi, Neel this is a township project Ramapratha is coming up with. They have ATMs, Shops, and commercial estates inside the township.Also the social development of the sector is already operational. I will rate this project 3.5 out of 5....for end use purpose.

Yea sure Neel right now the price they are quoting is Rs 6450 per sq ft. After that you will have to pay parking charges and maintenance charges. You have to pay an extra charge if you want a corner apartment I guess.So check with that!
