Hi Sanchita.. the appreciation of price takes place due to two three reason. One of them is connectivity. If we judge the project in terms of that, it will give you three times more returns. But there are many factors brand, livability and social infrastructure. This sector is a city in itself, commercial estates are already present there. So i think you will have double returns after 4-5 years from now for this particular project.

Yea sure Neel right now the price they are quoting is Rs 6450 per sq ft. After that you will have to pay parking charges and maintenance charges. You have to pay an extra charge if you want a corner apartment I guess.So check with that!
