Q: please suggest to area to buy 2bhk with respect to futur prices. need to know about futur apprication prices for following areas.
ambegon budruk, wadgaon budruk or Market Yard Annexe(behind gangadham society).

how about the futur of Market Yard Annexe(behind gangadham society) area. there is project called Aster Trinity, 1042 sqft 2bhk flat costs for 50 Lac now and it includes the basic amenities except swimming pool. The project is near the Kumar Prithavi behind the gangadham soceity.?
please guide me becuase i am planning to book this flat.

The expected possession date will be by August 2013. Some of the amenities are like terrace, lift backup, ample space for parking, E-W, no other amenities, brand new, ready possession, garden, gas pipeline, club house, solar system, rain water harvesting, price 53.50 Lacs package .

Ambegaon is one the prominent localities in Pune. The price trends on Ambegaon have been witnessing various ups and downs. The price per sq. ft. was at Rs 5073 in Oct-Dec 2012 quarter and then price depreciated to Rs 4819 in the quarter of Jan-Mar 2013. In the Apr-June quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 5118 per sq. ft.

I think you should go for Ambegoan ..the area enjoys good demand due its proximity to important centers of the city and beyond. The price appreciation of this locality in the future might be very good.
