Hi Yash, Sorry to go off topic but do you have any idea about the ASF Insignia project at Gwal pahadi? I have recently come across with an SEZ property of ASF Insignia ( Isle de Royale ).The amenities look promising and so are the security features ( I just downloaded their brochure ). Could you please guide me regarding the area, builder and the future prospects it holds? Thanks in advance.

Hi, frnds Hingland park is a Ansals properties, Ansals is a big name, hence the project will be good and worthwhile project. This is a new launch project , like three to fourth months ago. Just that normally Ansals have delay delivery. Rest you can trust them. They have promised the possession date of this project to be in end of 2017. I had a word with th sales person they said construction started.

How many BHKs are you looking a . Normally they have kept the price for 3 bhk is Rs 5600 per sq ft. This is their launching price, so after few years months there will be appreciation.
According to the location of the project like its situated just 500 m from Dwarka Expressway and MRGF is also coming up , even NH 24 is near by, you can expect around double appreciation after few years . Its both the location as well as the brand.
