Niraj, What about its approval? Which local body has approved this project? Is there any legal issue with this project for delay cause? Which all banks have approved this project for home loan?
Aee Kanika, i have no such information about legal issue. But ye, this is a delay project. But HUDA has approved this project and all approvals are in pace. Funding banks such as SBI, ICICI, HDFC etc. have approved for housing loan.

It is offering 2 and 3BHK residential flats from 1360 sq-ft. in 2BHK and from 1762-2670 sq-ft.in 3BHK. A 2BHK will cost to you Rs.81.60L while a 3BHK will cost you Rs.98.67L - 1.49Cr. This is a delay project and still under construction. But it is expected that the possess date will June-July 2018.

Hi, while searching for best project to do investment in Sector-103, I came to know about this project .Then I spoke with their executive regarding price trend..So he made me clear that, in mid of 2012 the price was around 3000/sq-ft but in now in 2014 it raised up to 4600/sq-ft. So in my point of view yes the location is good for investment.

Hi Baldeep, In my point of view this locality is developing very rapidly and have major appreciation in a few months. With it is proximity to Delhi and International airport, is has a tremendous chance of high appreciation . Upcoming hot selling budget home hub will be the Sector 103 . As per source in 2011 the price was 2900/sq-ft which rapidly increased to 4400/sq-ft in 2014. It shows the price trend of the location .

HI MOHIT, I have been to that location 4-5 times. As per my knowledge it is one of the largest and greenest locality in whole of the expressway. It is among one of the best investment option in around NCR. This sector is full of residential and commercial projects and villages are very far away from this sector. It has many , prestigious developers like , Indiabulls, Landmark , Era Landmark , Ansal Siddhartha , Staya Builders and still to come many more. This sector has a intentional belt in front of the highway and then it comes with the commercial & residential projects.

See Giri i had a word with the broker, he said there is no news about the delay! Although he confirmed me the date of possession i.e 2017 end or so. But i think you should take a grace period of 6 months to be on the safe side.
Hi Indranil, Ansal has many projects in the stretch of Dwarka Expressway.This project is offering 2,3 & 4 BHK apartments. They are quoting Rs 81.66 to Rs. 1.32 Cr. respectively!
