Hay Guys!! Anyone has booked an apartment in any of the projects by Vaastu Structures. How is the reputation of the builder?

One of my friend has booked an apartment in Vaastu Greens and he is satisfy with his deal. They have constructed several apartments in a committed time. Their meticulous handling of the minutest details, right from scratch to the finish, make them stand out in the crowd. They have successfully completed around five project in Bangalore.

How is the area for investment purpose? Is there water issue in Whitefield?

Whitefield is well connected to the major areas of Bangalore with a wide range of transport service like BMTC bus services and BIAL services to Bangalore International Airport. Whitefield has seen an upward trend in realty market due to a high number of IT/ ITeS companies in the neighbourhood and also the credit befalls good connectivity. The Whitefield belt witnessed a spurt of real estate activity during the period 2003-2007. Whitefield has good existing social infrastructure like schools, hospitals and even malls.

Is it true that they have not yet got approvals from BBMP and banks?

The BBMP approvals is on the final stage and they will get the approvals with 10-15 days after that they will get approvals from banks.

I am planning to book a 3 BHK apartment. What will be the price and what are the amenities the builder is providing?

The basic cost for 3 BHK will be around Rs 40.18 lakhs + Rs 1.50 lakh for car parking+ Rs 2,25,600 for KPTCL/BWSSB 160 / sft + Rs 65000 for Club and Legal Charges and Rs 3,54,323 for other amenities. In total it will cost you around Rs 48,13,423. The project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium, Indoor Games etc.

Vaastu Dew Flower is located near Saibaba Ashram, Whitefield. The project offers 1,2,3, 3.5 and 4 BHK apartments
