Mana Candela has come up with 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in Sarjapur road which are priced modestly and a great investment too. The project is located off Sarjapur main road, in the midst of IT Corridor Mana Candela gives easy accessability to renowned International Schools, Esteemed Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Restaurants & Hotels.
The current rate they are quoting is Rs 3300 for Mana Candela. The project offers amenities like Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Badminton Court and Gymnasium.
There is also DS-MAX Sprinkles ( 300 flats project in 2.5 acres of land with all luxury amenities) project in the same location just before Mana candela.I think they are quotting 2800 Per sq ft compared to Mana candela. -
The project seems to be good..The price they are quoting currently is 3100/sq ft which is reasonable considering Mana to be one of the reputed builders in mid-range...What do you think guys... The pros according to me are: 1.Emerging area in East Bangalore.Few software companies are coming up.Sure about wipro.Not sure about Infosys. 2.Connectivity to outer ring road,whitefiled and ecity. 3.BMTC bus facility to MGROAD and Majestic since a new BMTC bus depot is coming up.
Cons : -Its not developed yet.But since the possesion is 1.5-2 years there may be chances of few developments.But still skeptical. -Not on the sarjapur main road like other projects confident leo etc..But we donot get them for such a price. -Not sure about water facility.
But still am impressed with the project considering the reputation of builder,area,price and plan.Please share your review guys...Seems to be a good one.
