thanks for the information. I heard that Marathahalli is one of the growing localities in Bangalore. What is the reason behind that?

The reason why the area has seen drastic change is because of the growth of social infrastructure has what lured developers to the locality. Sankara Eye Hospital, Genesis Hospital, Deepa Nursing Home are the key medical institutions in the region which worth a special mention. Proximity to IT hubs has what triggered the real estate growth of the locality. The IT/ITes sector has been the prime economic driver in this locality and will continue to lure home buyers in the region in future.

Yeah you can easily get a 2 bhk apartment in this budget. But for the time being flats are not available for sale in this project. Will you be interested in any other project which is in Marathahalli.

Hi Everyone, I want to know few details about the project approvals, bank approvals, price per sqft and water connection.

The project is known to be approved by BBMP, A Khata and banks like LIC, HDFC, AXIS and ICICI. The rate per sqft is around Rs 3300 which is slightly negotiable. For the time being Cauvery water is not there but they have bore-well for water supply

Hi Sonali, Mithun Sai Paradise is one of the ongoing project by Mahaghar Properties. The project is expected to get completed by end of this year. The Mahaghar Properties have completed many projects in Bangalore and they are coming up with many new projects

Marathahalli is no more count as a village or backward area and is being listed as one of the suburbs of Bangalore city. According to a survey, the region is being positioned at 13th out of 20 best places to live in Bangalore.
