ASF Insignia worth investing?

Q: Hi, I have recently come across with an SEZ property of ASF Insignia ( Isle de Royale ) in Gwal Pahadi Sector. The amenities look promising and so are the security features ( I just downloaded their brochure ). Its also fitting in my budget ( 60 - 70 lacs ) Could you please guide me regarding the area, builder and the future prospects it holds? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Chanda, all i could get information about the project through a broker is the project offfers two and Three bedroom apartments 1250 & 1565 Sq. Ft.

Surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, prime location of Gaol Pahadi road.

Basic Cost Rs. 75L onwards - Rs. 7,000 per sq. ft. less corporate discount of Rs. 700

Existing price in the same location is minimum Rs. 7500 psf. And the approvals from banks a re ICICI Bank & Bank of Baroda.

Asf insignia is only for tcs,ibm and ericsson employees. Its a great opportunity for them as one of my friend working in ibm handed me the brochure of their isle-de-royale residency. here are a few take aways for you :
its an it eco friendly sez 2,3 bhk air-conditioned apartments at gurgaon gwal pahadi which as a matter of fact is a booming location
24*7 power backup facilities
district cooling and waste management facilities
85% green area with malls, essential retails and play area for children.
honestly, i envy those 3 company employees who are eligibile for investment i hope info was helpful for you.
