And Subho, if you are looking for investment purpose also, the project will give you very good returns as the location is very nice. After 5-6 years almost more than double price you can expect!

Yes Aisha, they have three payment plans, CLP, Down Payment and Flexi Plan,. They have got home loan approved by banks like ICICI, Axis and HDFC. You can claim for 75% home loan from them.

Hi Sheila, the construction of the project is going on full swing and the project's expected delivery is in 2014 end or so. I would like you to take a grace period of 6 months to be on the safe side!

Hi rahul sure, this is a very good idea to gift such a nice apartment to your parents. The project is offering 5450 - 10100 Sq.Ft. size units penthouses. They are quoting Rs 11,500 per Sq.ft. and EDC of 15% you have to pay that additionally.
