See 7 avenue, is yet to be decided... they are not clear about the price structure neither the floor plan.what ever i got to know after calling almost 5 - 6 brokers is that , they have quoted Rs 3900 Per sq ft.
I would like to say for investment, you should go for Gaur City 2 for investment. Not in Gaur City one . Firstly Gaurcity is fully occupied ,secondly the connectivity of this township is not as great as gaur City 2.

When you come to Aveneue 7, the commercial complexes are nearby..you have religious place, commercial complex for shopping and open parking, hence location wise, Avneues 7 th is also good.
