As per the telephonic conversation with the concern person, they are quoting around Rs 11,500 per sqft which will be around Rs 78 lakhs for a 1 BHK.

Even I am looking for a 1 BHK apartment in HDIL Premier Exotica. Can you tell me what is the price per sqft they are quoting and what will be the total price of the apartment?

Hi Hetal, HDIL Premier Exotica is still under construction and the expected possession date is by December 2015.
