Q: why the builder is sending notice for payment for the plinth level for C-wing as work is not come up to plinth?

Hi Rakesh, Kindly check your sales agreement where the builder has mentioned about the payment scheme. If it is written as you have to pay before plinth level then you cannot do anything but if is it written as you can pay slab wise then it is better to talk with the builder directly.
