Thank you Vivek so much for the information you have provided. What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Some of the amenities are like Club-House, Swimming Pool, Multi-purpose Hall, Party lawn, Gym, Children Play Area, Basketball court, Skating Rink, Amphi-theatre etc. are offered in this project. No discounts are available for currently for this project.

Some of the banks are like SBT, Bank of Baroda, and Punjab National Bank...Flat with ample water supply, Parking, Lift Power back up, Security, Gym. Flat close to Schools, Market.

Hi Biswanath the price for 2bhk is around 48 lakhs and for 3bhk is around 65 lakhs. When are you planning to buy ?

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 4,374. The area is around 1080 sq ft for 2bhk and 1482 sq ft for 3bhk. If you are planning to buy you should immediately go and book..because bookings are going on..so before getting sold out , you can go and book.

The expected possession date will be by December 2017. Currently 2bhk and 3bhk both are available..
