Thanks for the replies.
I was a bit worried about the delay in the project which might happen. I visited the construction site and piling is yet to start there.
The marketing team, Pioneer Group claims to have possession by 2017.
Any idea on how these people stick to the timelines?

There are some project by Space Group in nearby locality such as Aqua Beaumont-Kolkata , Bypass, Altius-Christopher Road, Clubtown Courtyard-Rajarhat, Clubtown Riverdale-Howrah, Clubtown Gateway-Opposite Centre-2 etc.
