Q: Hi, I am looking for 1 BHK flat in phursungi are near to SP Infocity. I come across 1 project SunShine by B. K. Chavan builder. Builder is quoting 3500/ psqft. Is this a good price? Builder told me that he can negotiate(100 rs) but didn't disclose amount. Thanks in advance.

Hi Akhilesh..i think the price is correct...because one of my friend purchased 1bhk in Phursungi , and the rate was Rs 4,000 per sq ft. So i guess you should not worry about the price.
