Q: Hi, I am going to purchase 1BHK flat in phursungi, Pune. The problem is that, builder is asking 1.2 lacks as cash for parking and he is telling me this amount will not be included in loan amount. So i want to know, is this right to go for this?
My second question is that, If i will not pay 1.2 L to him before registry, then he told me, i can pay the same amount @ time of possession and he will include parking details in possession letter. Is parking detail in possession letter legally right? If later on If i will go to sell the same flat, then will there be any legal issue for the same?
HI as far as i know.. the money for parking plot is payed along with home loan only. May be they would be having less parking plots..or others may book ..so i would say if you are paying for parking plot..just get a written proof or documents.
