RIVIERA CITY BHIWADI

Q: Please let me know details about Riviera City plots by Yogmaya Projects. It is located on Alwar Bypass road & is offering plots of 120, 170 & 220 sq yd. It is located in front of Terra City 1. I want to know is it safe to invest in this project?

HI All,
I have invested in Biwadi 7 months back, these people claiimed to have all the approvals before buying. After I bought now 90T is pending from that time and price is still same what i bought 7 months back. So my suggestion is to invest in big names , that would be definately better.

Hmm sure, 120 sq yrds Plots with a Sq.Ft. 1080 , they are quoting Rs12.6 Lakhs .For 220 sq yrds Plots with Sq.Ft. 1980 is priced Price 23.1 Lakhs respectively !! What is your requirement?

Hi, pooja, the area is a superb area for investment, Bhiwadi is a rising sun for Gurgaon. You will get a very good future returns if you invest in now. About the project is one of the popular residential developments in Alwar ByPass Road. The brand is also good and they have good amenities also.
