Hi, see the project was launched in june 2011 with a launching price of Rs 3200 per sq ft.Hence from then till now its has already appreciated. Looking at the location of the project, you can expect a appreciation of 30%-40% in near future .. say about 3 years !!

Hi SBI, PNB,LIC , Axis have approved the project. the best way to get loan is by talking with the finance guy of the project !!!

Hi, they have quoted Rs 5650 per sq ft price for 3 bhk. This is all inclusive and they have a possession in this December. The constructions are almost done : )
