I feel Yelahanka is bit far from the city center. How is the idea of investing in this locality?

Yelahanka is a well-developed residential and commercial locality. It's separated from downtown Bengaluru by only 14 km, a distance that doesn’t take long to cover, thanks to the new Airport Road.

The rapid development and expansion of the locality has meant that today, it's made up of two parts, Yelahanka Old Town and Yelahanka New Town. As a locality, Yelahanka is well rounded and multi-faceted.

Meadows II buyers have been taken for a ride by marketing. Understand they have included in sale agreement that their facilities will be used by owners of Meadows (old project) which is totally disputable.

Politics of NCCUIL. They have proposed for merger of Meadows with Meadows II for some selfish gains. Some owners of Meadows have got lured by the proposal and have been instigating other to join them in forcing NCCUIL to merge both the projects. Meadows is already 4 yrs old and Meadows II is nearing completion. Already , the facilities like swimming pool ,gym equipment etc in Meadows are in bad shape and now they are aiming to exploit the new facilities in Meadows II, which the prospective buyers of Meadows II have paid for.

Dear Team MC,

Per MC's last mail on the boundary wall issue, the same is not considered a priority by the MC, we have hereby submitted today an official request for SGM on the Boundary Wall issue to NMAOA's office Mr. Umesh.

As required, agenda of the discussion will be the Boundary Wall issue with meeting date for the 2nd Saturday of January 2014 i.e. 11-Jan 2014.

Umesh shall be sharing the cover letter and the orginal signed request from 12 owners (1 more added post the scan) with Mr. Subhash or Mr Reddy today.

In the cover letter we have asked for the following (within 24 hrs.):

1. Confirmation of receipt of the letter

2. Confirmation of acceptance/denial of the request for meeting

3. Grounds for denial for meeting (if not accepted)

As for the Corpus issue, we look forward to MC's and other owner's active participation on the subject.

How many blocks and floors will be there in this project? Are they providing Cauvery Water connection in this project?

As far as I know there will be 8 blocks and it is a Ground +17 floors structure. Cauvery water connection is not there but they are giving bore-well for water supply.

Can I take loan from any banks for this project? Does the project has A Khata?

Yes you can take loan from any banks for this project. as the project is approved by BBMP, BDA and A Khata.

Hey Anu, the sales people are telling that Corporation bank, HDFC, Axis bank, SBI, ICICI these banks have approved the project so I can take loan from these banks.

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4990 and the possession date for first 3 blocks is by March 2014 and rest 5 blocks will get completed by September 2015.

Nagarjuna Meadows Phase II is.a prime residential enclave offering 2 and 3 BHK Premium apartments size ranging from 1145 to 2186 square feet. Each apartment comes with at least one balcony and a separate utility space. The project will have all total 522 apartments.
