Any idea about the status of the project and the price details? I heard that they have introduced a new block i.e J Block?

As long as there is breathing space, i think they will introduce blocks. The project is going on since 5 - 7 years with no sign of completion. In case you bargain you can get a reduced price.

Base price is Rs 2500 per sq ft
All inclusive price is Rs 2700 per sq ft. (KEB electrical meter, other amenities, car parking, swimming pool, etc)

However the sales people with try to suck something extra out of you.. and obviously not give possession till another 3-4 years.

Hey Raj, Have you booked an apartment in this project? Why did they reduced the prices any problem with the project?

Hey Pranab, builders prices are reducing everyday as there are no buyers it seems. I think it is better not to put money in real estate as of now. Also as per govt guidelines introduced in July 2013 gramathana properties (includes Ittina Mahavir) cannot be resold till completion of the project (which is
going on for over 7 years). with no end to getting the project completed or fully booked. Also completion certificate or possession certificate for completed blocks also is not issued by authorities.

Whoa.. price of Ittina Mahavir property dropped to Rs 2400 per sq ft in November/December 2013. Builder (Aishwarya) willing to sell at the so called discounted rates !!! .. [ discounted as complared to Concorde Manhattan and Ajmera .. if the rates are the same why would any fool on earth buy Ittina Apartment !!!]

anyways.. lets hope property rate goes up.. but it looks like Bank interest rate will go up. !!!

Rate per sq ft is Rs 2250 to 2500 per sq ft. In Sept 2013 in Ittina Mahavir, Electronic city, Bangalore.

Hi, Good news for you anonymous. Who is this "concerned person" that you are talking about. Some other so-called "concerned persons" are interested in selling their property at 100 Crore rupees .. are you interested in buying ? Only a fools can buy at the rated the "concerned person mentioned" - No offence intended.. but just to keep everyone aware of the false prices quoted by persons...

Hi Raj, Today I had a word with the concern person and he said that the rate per sqft is Rs 3200.So the price of 2 BHK starts from Rs 34 lakhs excluding registration and VAT and 3 BHK starts from Rs 41 lakhs without registration and VAT.
