Q: Hi, i am interested to take a unit in this project, but i want to know the possession date of the project.

Hi , the project is locate in Sector 3 Vasundhara , you have near by schools like DPS and Cambridge// there is also a proposed metro station which will be 1 km away from the project:)

yes you also have vaishali ,metro station which is just 4.5 km from the project site.and yes, about appreciation,, IT companies are coming in, hence the demand of the place will increase in no time...within 2-3 years you will get double the price you invest now.

Banks who have approved the project are Axis, HDFC and LIC... you can take home loan . For better financial aspect, you an check out with the builder..

Sure right now they have availability for 2 and 3 bhks and they are quoting Rs 5100 sq ft respectively .:)
