Hmmm they are interesting amenities i ma just thinking about the location,, if it safe for kids and all, because i will be staying with my family if i opt for it.. so letc..

Ghaziabad Development Authority and banks like ICICI, and HDFC have approved the loan till what i know

Yes , there are availability for the project... for 2 and 3 bhk. For 2bhk they are quoting Rs 42.1 Lakhs-49 Lakhs and for 3 bhk they are quoting Rs 55.35 Lakhs respectively.
