what is the expected property appreciation for the project ?

Q: I met one of the marketing person for the property details last week, everything seemed to be right. They had all the relevant documents. Good reviews overall. But Im looking for property investment my point is how will the property appreciate in an around 2-3 years time ? anyone who has already invested in this property or any other properties nearby can help me out ?

Once a sleepy locality in the remote corner of Bengaluru, Bannerghatta Road has now become a hub for several software companies, renowned educational institutions, hospitals, theatres, malls, residential complexes, and apartments. Owing to these reasons among many others including infrastructural development, Bannerghatta Road has managed to attract a lot of people from different parts of the city. This in turn, has created a boom in the real estate sector.

The project has got approval from BDA and banks like Corporation Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, Federal Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Indiabulls and DHFL

The property rates are going to rise again as there is drastic demand for various properties it will be good if you invest in the property which seemed good to you as in 2-3 yrs you will get a good resale value for the property.Actually the cost depends on the area because some areas are costly and some are not.
