good to know that you had enquired about this project at initial stages only. and probably invested too.... presently this project is finished stage and people are living here peacefully. instead of investing you should move into this complex which is vibrant and exciting.
The entire development will be completed in a single phase and water supply will be obtained through the availability of ground water. They have also planned other sources like rain water harvesting and water recycling plant to supply water.

I have two concerns 1. There is a Valley(Raj Kaluve) passes near to this project. Will that be a problem? I just want to make it does not get flooded there? 2. Public transportation - I believe there is not much. At this moment only few buses pass by in that 80 feet road.

Not much idea about the locality. Can anyone tell me provide me some feed back about the locality as I am looking for some good locality in Bangalore which will fetch me good returns within a time frame of 4-5 years.
The project is good for investment as it is just 1.8 km from the international airport road, 4 km to orr and manyata tech park, surrounded by the bda layout which a added advantage and for sure for cauvery water connection also and the project is a luxury catergory with good details and the quality of construction is good and the pace of construction is tremendous.
The builder is currently quoting 4500/SqFt, so they have steeply increased price by about Rs 400 Rs. Additionally all front facing apartments are sold out. With the price increase and limited availability, is it worthwhile to purchase a property here esp when projects by Nitesh and Century in the vicinity are being offered at around the same price point?

Appreciation nobody can tell now but as of now if you compare to other properties in this location this is the best. Great location , great quality and good amenities. When its all done its going to be a excellent property to live in. The location is great and the builder is giving very good quality. I visited his other site Ananya which is very good . Also the builder owns the land and I believe they have already sold more than half of apts. Almost all of the 3 bedrooms are sold out so they will definitely complete on time if not earlier
Manu Kumar The quality conconstruction should be very good and I am basing this on their other completed project HRC Ananya and also looking at the model apartment . I think they are giving Tier 1 builder quality and aminites at Tier 2.5 price . Location is good but as far as investment , who knows how things will be in next 2 years ? Only time will tell
It's about 4300 per sqft. But. Think all east facing and good apt are already gone. I had to settle for 2.5 bhk. They are little inflexible in terms of price n terms and conditions.
