Hmmm, they have two phases, pase 1 's expected possession is ready.. the project is in ready to move in. For phase 2 they will give its after 2 and half years...crossing republik is a hot cake for investors.. without any doubt , go ahead with the project.

hmmm for investment, this is a good project, the brand is also good and reputed . right now the price is Rs 4300 per sq ft .. i can guarantee you can get Rs 5500 per sq ft after 2 years or so.
