hmm listing frnd the location of the place is very good. See, NH 24 is few km away and also there is a proposed metro station ,,also FNG is coming in,, hence the project has very good approachability.

and about the appreciation, had a word with the broker.... they said during the possession the price will raise up till Rs 5000 to Rs 5500 per sq ft..so you can go ahead with the project.

The possession date of this project is in 2012 july.. but normally the finishing work takes times, hence take a grace period of 6 moths.

Hi, the recent price structure of the project is Rs 3275 per sq ft.... the project was launched in 2011 and the launching price was also a bit low...

Hmm this is a perfect with my budget... how about the banks?? which are the banks that have approved the project.

The banks are BOB, UCO, HDFC, and Axis...respectively... you can take home loan from any of the banks!
