As per my knowledge , it is expected that possession of this project is around May 2015. At present finishing work is going on. Ghaziabad Development Authority has affirmed this project. HDFC Bank is giving loan to this project.
Forget everything - the possession has been delayed twice. It was supposed to be handed over by july 2014, then December 2014, now it is March 2015. And no compensation from builder.
Hi, Mr Malakar, this project was launched in 2011 with a price of Rs 2150 per sq ft. Now it has been uplifted to Rs 3275 per sq ft, which shows within almost two years it has gone by 52% from the launching price, hence there are all chances for the price to go up. Secondly with 2 km radius, Yamuna Expressway is situated , hence the project location is super, in terms of investment purpose.
Hi, Mr. Makar, I just had a word with the sales executive, they said yes the project is approved by all the authorities and also it has approvals from GDA. The construction is going on and they have promised us that it will be completed by July 2014
