How much is the current rate going on in Ishaa Casablanca? Has the project got all the necessary approvals? What about the possession of the project?

The current rate going on in this project is Rs 3650 which is slightly negotiable. The project has got approvals from BBMP and banks like LIC, HDFC, Axis, SBI. Tower A will get completed by August 2015, Tower B by March 2015 and Tower C by April 2015.
