There is one project coming up in Yeshwanthpur with 50 floors another 46-floor housing ventureat in Bannerghatta Road. The ‘Presidential Tower’ at Yeshwantpur uses earthquake-resistant RCC, with controlled concrete beamless ceilings and lesser columns for interiors. The 46-storey building in Bannerghatta comprises 133 residences with a sky lounge on the 41st floor, an observatory on the 42nd, apart from a helipad and aqua gym.

Land price in Bangalore are rising and people are going the extra verticle. Higher the Merrier is the new mantra for the IT professionals here and developers are also happy with the increased floor area ratio gained in large apartment complexes. :) :)

Water’s Edge by Mumbai-based developer Equinox, located across the Nagavara Lake in Hebbal. It has five 40-storey residential blocks, all of which come with a beautiful view of the lake.

Mantri Developers have come up with Mantri DSK Pinnacle, a 46-storey high residential development, located off Bannerghatta Road. It will have a sky lounge and an observatory in addition to the temperature controlled swimming pool and large clubhouse when ready.

Sobha Developers launched a 37-storey residential cum commercial development project Sobha Indraprastha in Rajajinagar. The project will have a 12,500 sq ft clubhouse facility on the last two floors, with a temperature controlled infinity pool on the 37th floor.
