Q: Hi, Guys i want to know the possession date of this project. I find this to be a very good project and have good potential.. what do you think??

very bed project in NCR, because they are totally depend on ansal & ansal also fail in this project,this project was start in 2003 now a day there is no development, infact asg have not a single legal paper he has just a mou with ansal on 100 rs stamp paper,i have also cancel my flat from there,and all staff say we have prosess our file in GDA and BANK as well,how they can prosess without approvel they are doing only false commitment and wondering to all customer.

Hmm they are quoting Rs 2850 per sq ft which is quite affordable..and looking at the location i feel there are more chance for the price to appreciate.

The project is approved by SBI and you will get 80 % home loan from there.

Hi, the possession for this project is after 3 years... the construction just started.. This is a Ansal API township project hence i think the project is good enough to go with!!. They have 2 abd 3 bhk... what is your requirement?
