The nearest metro station is in Noida City Center, which will be around 10-15 min. And Yes it is operational.

Hmm, see my frnd,the project is located in a good place,hence connectivity is very good. The project brand is also reputed again no worry about the that.
See for investment , Noida extension is the best place as per the experts. If you invest now , after the area is developed and all, you money will become double or more than that.

Hey, they are providng basic amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Security, Wifi, Tennis Court, Gymnasium, Basket Ball Court etc.

Hi, they are offering 2-3 bhk, and the size ranges between, 793-1062 sq ft. They have kept the price at Rs 3495 per sq ft. There are chances for the price to go up....
